Lachlan was called to the Bar in Australia in 2018 and subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales. He holds full practicing rights in both jurisdictions. He accepts instructions in all areas of tax and revenue law, specialising in international tax matters, transfer pricing, avoidance regimes and tax treaty issues. He is an experienced trial and appellate advocate in complex tax matters, and has advised and acted for many major corporate groups and revenue authorities.
